Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I)

Presentation

During this two-day course, students will develop and consolidate their knowledge of the Scrum framework and the responsibilities of a Product Owner through instruction and team exercises. Students will learn techniques that they can use to help them overcome the challenges they often face on a daily basis. They will do so while learning better ways to work with the organization, stakeholders, customers, and their team to bring greater value to the delivered product.

Objectives

-Increase business agility through the successful execution of the Product Owner role

-Recognize the value of a product rather than the mindset of the project

-Learn how to link business strategy to product execution using Scrum.

-Understand that the Product Owner is an Agile Product Manager Understand

-Scrum principles and empiricism

-Understand the responsibilities of the Product Owner within the Scrum team

-Learn how to align the team around the business strategy, product vision, product goal and sprint goal

-Find ways to effectively communicate the business strategy, the product vision and purpose

-Learn  product  backlog  management,   release   management   and forecasting techniques

-Identify measures that can be used to track the creation of value and successful delivery of the product

-Discover techniques to interact with stakeholders, customers and Scrum team members
