Professional Scrum with User Experience ™ (PSU) is a hands- on, activity-based course where students discover how Scrum and user experience (UX) align and integrate to create cross-functional teams that connect more closely with end users and customers, ultimately delivering more value and improved outcomes. By working together in a dual-track agile process, Scrum team members can work more effectively to balance discovery work with delivery work.

Objectives

-Develop a common understanding of what Professional means Scrum

-Dispel many myths about user experience and its relationship with Agile and Scrum

-Discover how the UX mindset and the Scrum framework complement, align and integrate

-Learn about the benefits of viewing work as problems to be solved and the role of the business problem statement in

-Understand how « easily » and « quickly » we can do product development and include UX
